Hi guys, I'm a single guy in Cardiff. New to the scene here in the UK and have no idea how to go about it.

In particular:-

A) is it ok to message ppl who hadn't added a meet, but listed men age so-and-so as their criteria?

B)What should I say? I've messaged people before but got no replies?

C)Is the fact that I am not British, something that needs to be mentioned in my message?

Lastly, any other pearls of wisdom, feel free and let me know.
