I would guess that the price is From £25 pp pn but obviously it would be great if the actual room rate is £25 per room per night

No it's £25 per room & I've only managed to catch one room so far, they sell out mega quick. Had a lovely chill weekend though X

The breakfast included in the £60 is definitely the icing on the cake,do they do a early check in I wonder
