Loving FAB for the honesty and openness of people but find it a little bit of a kick in the nuts when you speak to people and then when they see a face pick stop replying without so much as thanks but no thanks

Understand attraction is important but wondering what peoples thought are on how you would reply? never considered myself ugly but starting to question that LOL

Same here fella.. I just move along.. I don't get trouble if I'm out, I'm quite a confident person, fab certainly strips you of that tho lol

Same mate confidence isn't an issue and appreciate I am no oil painting but never struggled face to face but this feels worse than internet dating ??????

What would you like the response to be op? As surely thanks but no thanks is the same as no reply? They don't fancy you. They don't want to fuck you.

Surely you only message the women you want to meet? Or do you message everyone, whether you are attracted to them or not?

No clearly something would have attracted me and that's why I would message, I have to have some attraction and no not looking to shag everything. All I'm saying is after several messages it just seems strange to say nothing.

It's got nothing to do with being vain or nasty. That's totally irrelevant. if they don't fancy you, why should they have to continue to talk to you? They might find your attitude uglier than your face. In that case should they still give you a chance?

maybe the think that if they tell you, they will be called vain and be asked to be given a chance etc etc etc. most men don't take no for an answer and it ultimately ends in abuse. I've been openly abused in the forums for saying no to someone before. So I can see why women don't even reply.

Focus on your output rather than your sent box..

We can kind of relate to you OP. Spoke with plenty of people on here, exchange of face pics and then no reply. I'm not a super model, but at least average and she is gorgeous is anyone's books. So have come up with a conclusion. I think some people, when they receive a picture of someone quickly realise that it's now becoming more than just a chat or fantasy in their head. If you have been chatting for a few minutes, a polite final message is a nice way to say no thanks. A no reply makes people feel like shit

The way I see it is,,,put it this way,,fab is,if you like, the next generation of dating sites inasmuch that it does cut through the preliminary stages and is that short cut to the bedroom that some seek...I'm not however swayed by the title "swingers" because at the end of the day it is all about finding your specific type of partner/ partners.There has to be mutual attraction,admiration,chemistry,respect,and indeed trust.I personally find it amusing that some people take the site so serous that this appears to be the only way for them to find a partner and consequently get frustrated and angry when they get ignored or turned down...It is what it is.

I try and give a response of not my type or sorry not for me. Problem is this sometimes leads to the guy say well what's your type then? If I tell them are they gonna magically change into it?!! I don't have a particular type. I might see something attractive in a person totally different to the an other sexual partner

Totally with you on this , my point was how people view the no reply? I personally don't care if someone says thanks but no thanks, as like you say you need to have respect attraction etc etc. But due to some guys getting rude over a turn down it ruins the polite manners for everyone else.

End of the day.. you could go for someone purely on what they look like, an they could be an absolute twat. You could meet a person that is not your type and still connect with them on so many levels, enough said..
