Are you like myself in that every year I make a New year resolution (to give up drinking,go on a diet etc etc) and in my case never carry it out or are you the type of person who follows it through

Well every year I say that I am going to give up drinking but I then suffer memory loss and I am usually the first customer in the pub on New Years day

Resolutions are considered to be about making positive life changing decisions to better oneself ie stopping smoking,losing some weight,taking more exercise etc.etc. But pledging to be more selfish in 2017 is extraordinary to say the least.
