How many veris is too many?

So I had someone say they wouldn't meet me because I had too many veris.

My response was that they are over two years, that many are socials and that many are repeat veris - no pleasing everyone I guess...?

So what are people's opinions on what is too many...?

Are mine too many?

This isn't some humble brag, just that my profile obviously needs a clean up for Xmas...

I've hidden all of mine now. 1 cause I was getting flack from someone going through them and 2 i was getting comments about the amount I had showing (and I was only showing the recent ones)

I say on my profile the vast majority of mine as social and club meets not playing and have accumulated over the 3 and half years I've been here. Doesn't seem to matter. If people are gonna get funny about it they will.

Like the OP I was told by a cple I had far to many veris and they only meet people with less then 10 (btw they had 18 veris on their profile . Kettle black comes to mind lol ) . As I've been on here more the 6 years most of my veris are social, and I've kept the same profile name (unlike a few on here who come and go) .. Some times the veris can have a positive affect other times a negative one, so I would say its up to the person what they display and if they feel how many is to many etc .

No such thing as too many. I can sometimes find the content of some veris offputting but the amount a person has never bothers me

No such thing as too many. More the merrier! I'd actually rather they only show play verifications rather than endless generic social ones

Or usually they just have a very poor umderstanding of the lifestyle and automatically assumes every veri must = a fuck

Perhaps it's people not fully understanding what the verification is supposed to represent. In essence surely it's there for a bit of reassurance that your not going to be organ harvested or done away with before, during or after your tryst? Maybe it's a bit of insecurity creeping in to peoples mindset. For a woman if a guy has a lot of verifications then she might think she could be a disappointment to such a libertine. Same for a guy if the lady has a lot of verifications he might think good heavens I won't be able to satisfy her. For couples if the single guy has a lot of nice feedback maybe deep down hubby feels insecure and that after such amazing love making the wife may pack her bags and run off with her new lover!

First thing we look at on a profile is the veris. Don't care if they're from socials or play meets. At least it shows ( to a certain extent) that people are genuine and make the effort to get out there and meet people. Also it's nice to know if they've met people we would consider fab friends.

Not sure this is the right place for them if they feel like that.

I think the main thing is that you're never going to please all of the people all of the time, and I do often wonder what a lot of people are doing on this site - as many people I've come across appear to have unrealistic expectations of what fab is about.

Anyway, all good answers and I think it might be a case of a little bit of all of the above!

I like to think of my veris as a story, if only because I think it's more authentic when other people are describing you and what you're like - rather than you...

For me, I've had a little trim anyway as it's always good to keep things nice and tidy

I think the best thing from this thread was realising I can hide my veris summary without hiding my veris
