Yeah mostly when I'm working nights but do have trouble on my days off trying to live a normal day life, hard going

Don't know your situation,don't know how long you spend on Fab.But what I do know is that by spending and indeed wasting alot of time on here,,,especially late into the evening,,, with countless contacts,,,thin promises,,,false hopes and its many frustrations it will have a detrimental affect upon your sleep patterns.The mind is constantly ticking over 24/7...I don't have to tell you the answer,,,,it's obvious....,,IF this is case with you.

I have been on 40mg steroids for my chest. Always keep me awake but so tired I could cry x

Nights regular have been for 14years now, stay pretty much in same routine now when not at work.

That is unless Mrs with me then sleep lol
