I think its fair to say that the organisers have to accept members who are going to attend as a priority over people who might not attend and obviously deprive someone else of a being able to attend.

When people take the time and effort to organise socials and parties they want people who will turn up when they say they will.

Countless people put their names down then don't have the decency to let the organiser know they are unable to attend. Meaning someone else has missed out on a chance of attending cause of timewasters

For those feeling a bit nervous there is no need to be it's just a house party few drinks some food and if anyone wants to go off to one of the rooms then they can if not it's not a problem ,there is no preasure what so ever to do anything
