DP is generally anal and vaginal. Theres a few other variations.

DPV - Double Vaginal

DPA - Double Anally

Spit roast is the general term of one vaginal (maybe anal) and oral.

However, some girls only like to have their own partners anally, and another guy vaginally, which may be why they dont list anal as a interest.
