Any tips for ing out the fakes and timewasters on here, seems to be a lot of them...

report and block them if more people do that might get less time wasters and fakes

Thanks all.

Get a lot of winks or messages, reply to them, then they disappear, don't get that.

I get the feeling a lot of the women profiles on here are actually guys in disguise, esp ones with no profile pics.

Is that a fair summary?

How have you identified they are fakes or time wasters?

Ask a few questions when chatting to them...

My favourite time waster it's the amount of women that's on a single profile that at the end of there profile add fb or hubby will be present tells me the husband is covering all bets

We treat every new profile as fake, until something proves otherwise.

I used to flag up iffy profiles all the time, but got bored of people having a pop, telling me I was wrong etc.... Funny thing is, over 90% of the profiles I was flagging up tended to vanish, or go dormant

They could just be picky, we don't meet much but we are not wasting people's time. Wouldn't like to think we would be reported for saying "no thanks"

Nothing wrong with being picky, but I think the point is about profiles set up by people who claim to be something they are not (couples or fems.... when actually its a guy getting his jollies over pics).

i had a fake and he's into hacking peoples phones

i met him at a group meet

he mailed me later and claimed that he had set up a MMF meeting with a girl in Sheffield

when i asked for a pic he said that would send it to me on WhatsApp

i told him i didn't have it

the same thing happened when i asked for the address

he wanted to send to me by text so i gave him the number to my play phone

it never turned up, he claimed that he had sent it

it took an hour to get it out of him (it was the deal breaker)

i went to the meet this morning, knocked on the door, no one there

tried his phone, no answer and now i have been blocked and his phone is busy

he didn't get my Whatsapp id
