Is it even possible?!?!?

To have a vanilla relationship after you've been on fab for years?!

I've been single (on and off) 3/4 years now and absolutely fucking freeze like a rabbit in headlights when somebody mentions the 'R' word beyond Fab.

I think I'm just programmed to assume even on vanilla dates it's dinner, drinks and then fuck or it's cool to bring up sex topic at the dinner table or at a bar that and when I bring up fab I'm just judged as a male slut (no denying I could be labelled as one).

My questions are.... who the fucks gonna tickle my neck when I'm sleepy?

And if I'm doomed to remain single - who's gonna mother my children?

Who wants a key to my house to wake me up to a blowjob?

(I'll literally do anything to get out of working, can you tell?!)

Gonna have to arrange a single as fuck date, Cwtch, dinner and orgy social - rule is no rushing off in the morning and male has to cook breakfast

West Wales and Cardiff

I think age makes it harder in a way (and I'm a good bit older).

It's not that I don't want a "proper" relationship, but I find I over-think things as I get older. Often to the point of driving me mad. I guess I'm scared of failure too - unraveling a relationship seems harder at this point.

I see women friends and wonder endlessly about the extent of my feelings for them e.g. one I think is beautiful, but who I somehow can't imagine being with. That triggers endless questions "why not?", "what's the matter with you?", "maybe you like X more?".

Then my head explodes!

I think it'd take someone walking into my life who totally blows me away to resolve it. I reckon that could change things for a few other Fabbers who think it's no longer for them too.

I'm in my early 40s now, been single over 5 years with two kids at home (19&11)

No one is going to take all that on in a vanilla relationship!!!

It's going to take someone really special to do that!

I couldn't think of anything worse than another relationship! I have a few select regulars, and that suits me fine. Commitment is definitely not for me.

I don't think that's an age thing I think it's the length of time you've been single.

The longer you're single the harder it is to find what suits and ticks all the boxes

I think most guys would expect a female over 40 to have kids etc - just as you'd expect a guy over 40 to have kids and baggage.

Same at the min (well, for a good while yet to come too).

I have way too much fun with my 'buddies' and doubt I'd find a one size fits all that'll make me want something vanilla

Very few are prepared to take it all on though!

This for me too - it's not always about the sex for me, sometimes it's just a bit of male company and banter....x

If you speak to my vanilla friend's - they will definitely tell you I fall into this category

I am the exception - I am in my 40's and have no children or baggage - a great catch if you speak to my friends - a very fussy bitch, if you talk to me though! X

I'm single after over 20 years of marriage & feel thankful to have found a BFFS in Ch3wy, we're both now single & neither has the desire to be in anything approaching a formal relationship, we each enjoy our space & the opportunity to meet others if we choose, but we also enjoy cwtchy time. He really is my best friend for sex
