I get confused at still the constant moanning on here ... you have web cams and phones to confirm a profile .. even ask other users on verify list ... dont get involved till you checked out who you chatting too ... it aint rocket science ... guess i will get moaned at for saying that

Thanks for that. We never post on these forums...and can now see why people have gripes about it. Why be so defensive straight away! We always ask to verify via cam or phone, but after a torrent of emails too-ing and fro-ing we 9 times out of 10 end up with a faker. Come on....cant you see that this is frustrating. We were venting our opinion on here as we are sure others feel the same. But straight away get a shitty comment.

totally agree with mickey+mallory peoples time is important so genuine people can do without the hassle of ing time wasters,anyone who thinks sorting the timewasters out from genuine people must have to much time on there hands lol

Sadly there are time wasters thats the downside of a free site, it is beyond me why people bother wasting their time producing a profile when they have no intention of using the site as it is intended.

However looking at your profile, I can only assume that you are or have been contacted by "couples" if this is the case a simple phone call or webcam with the female half should alleviate any possible problems with fake profiles, although I'm sure you are smart enough to work that out.

Adding to this you seem to have amassed quite a sizeable network of "meets/ friends" this can only be positive as referrals are available.

If as you say "after a torrent of emails too-ing and fro-ing" you end up with a faker. Why send mass emails when 2-3 can get the job done.

We usually get a message from a 'couple' with a nice message. When we reply we usually ask for face pics. Give them face pics then they usually send some back. Then we'll ask to verify by phone or cam. Sometimes they'll be messaging over a few days and we always say we'll talk once we've verified them. When we actually get to the point of the phone or cam they then either get narky and block us or just ignore us. Grrrr does our head in wasting our time. We get this at least four times a week and it gets so tedious ing out the time wasters. Some even set up extra profiles to verify themselves genuine!!

ive given my personal number to people and never heard off them again. thats not scary or anything! we met a couple last week who had their own pictures sent to them from a faker. how mad is that.

Thats mad!!! See what we mean! Its getting out of hand and as the site gets more and more popular, sadly the amount of fakers is getting higher. A few years back on here it didnt seem half as bad, either that or we are getting less tolerent

We got sent pics the other day and they were of a member of a well known Welsh band! Hahaha...he was brave to send his pics out like that. Lol.

i dont mean any disrespect to any single males, but i believe there is to many single men here. some genuine, but too many freaks/timewasters/oddballs spoiling it for genuine single people. admission to the site should be a fee to single men. that would sort the majority of fakers out.

If someone shows an interest in us, either in the chatrooms, or via a msg or friends request, we go through the following process.....

Look at their profile...

How long have they been members?

Do they have verifs? What type.. in person or via cam? Or do they just have an armload of friends?

Do they have pics?

Do they match what we are looking for, do we match what they want?

If this gives us that "mmm would like to get to know them better" feeling, then we chat, and if we hit it off, we go for the "swap numbers so the girls can chat" thing. At this point, we are usually pretty sure that they are genuine, we dont give out our number to just anyone lol! If they give us the old "she's not here / she's in the shower" etc we ask them to set a time when the girls can talk.

This usually sorts the wheat from the chaff lol!

its not allways single guys who are fake there are a lot of cpls who aint what thay say thay are and people with more than one profile and why do some cpls seek single males on meet today and when you try to messag them single males are bloked

Well folks i agree, there seem to be a lot of time wasters, etc on this site, i for one am genuine, verified, long time member, site supporter, in chat rooms a lot, have a face pic as well, what more can a single guy do to let people know he is genuine

Yes, people moan but do they write a letter to the correct place, do they ask for their money back, do they go elsewhere?

If people ARE reported as timewasters abusive fake etc then action will be taken so admin say. They need proof or a pattern of behaviour to block the person or give warning or remove some of the users privileges.....

I have been accused of being fake (by a bloke that we (kes and I ) caught out but that's the downside to a free site, I do have a profile for myself (this one) that tells it as it is and a cpl profile for when we want a meet so up front and genuine all the way, there are many ways to spot a fake but a simple phone check i.e we'll call you when you are both together is enough and if you get the oh she's not here/away/dead etc then FAKE all the way as far as we are concerned. but best way is look at the veri's and if you know that person message and ask we got nowt to hide and appreciate people being careful.

This site is for fun and chilling out, it isn't real life and the be all and end all so just cill have a beer and happy swinging after all there's a block button anyone can use....great innit.

Yeh we said that up the page a bit....its a sneaky way of looking genuine.

As for having a go for us moaning about it...thought that it would be useful to share our experience with the Wales group as you all probably get requests from similar people (being local to us).

Have a nosey on this forum, Admin answer about fakes.

It also shows you how they deal with reports.

People are normally prevented from verifying themselves, but if you see anyone who you think has a fake veri, REPORT it, as Admin can deal with them.

Admin welcome reports of fakes,and the best people to sniff them out are the members who they are mailing.... but give as much information as you can when you put the report in and hopefully if there is proof too, then they are dealt with.

To be fair to admin,

we reported the guy and the 6 other profiles he made up and they deleted them almost straight away every time and not seen the person back since, we did provide all the details of the profile and big up to admin they dealt with it so although we all moan about them they do act as long as you prove what is happening

In reality the majority of the single guys on this site are time wasters.

Ok not all single guys are time wasters, we have met several single guys who proved to be very genuine and great fun but unfortunately they are in the minority.

Such a shame because they spoil it for other genuine members.

Its not a problem with single guys at all, we have met and spoken to many really nice guys on here that are a credit to the site. Its just the time that is wasted in ing out the fakers. They usually have a great collection of pics that they have on thier profiles, verifications that they have given themselves by creating fake accounts...just gets a bit annoying thats all. But like we said, the good far outweigh the bad on here. Its by far the best swinging site on the net and we've had some great meets. Just a pain in the ass when you got fakers that look REALLY genuine wasting peoples time trying to get pics from us.

how many fake verifications can anyone give thenselves.

i doubt people have multiple fake profiles just to give them lots of fake verifications.

and its easy to trace the verifications and see who they are off the trail will always lead back to the same people.

it not hard to suss out theses timewasters.

just dont give them the time off day and block them and move on.

are you allowed multiple profiles as you got to enter your e-mail address.

Two add something to this. I don't message someone if they aren't photo verified, but I guess if you are experiencing problems then this isn't working. The thing with this online thing and that goes for dating and swinging site. Most are Window shoppers. It seems to me getting out there and meeting people and having regular friends seems the only way to go. There are loads of gay male picture collectors preying on single males here too. Couples aren't the only ones who get time wasters On another note as a single male and being sick of the bad rep we get. I suggested to admin that if you don't select single males on your profile they could make it so you are invisible to single males. Yeah they could sign up as a couple but they would have a hard time getting photo verified and therefore cut out the idiots. Let's hope fab refine stuff to stop things like this happening.

rite we do not accept friends invites or anything unless there are piccies to verifi....(cant spell) pmsl... also we read and check each profile...sum friends request do not have piccie so i email asking for piccies and do not get any reply from a few hmmmmm odd.... so there u go xx

would rather stick to people we have met at socials and parties then do friends requests xx
