Tonight and asked if we could do it again and got told

Sorry I don't give second chances

Lol what a knob my dad been in hospital today and I gave him loads of notice as well

Last week I waiting in a pub on my only night off while the guy I have been chatting to for ages didn't turn up and didn't even text to say he wasn't

What wrong with people these days eh

Nah drop the douche, his loss at the end of the day. Things change, missed meets are a let down but not the end of the world and certainly not given your circumstances.

It's far more understandable anyway for a missed meet for female single members.

Don't stress about it...it's DEFINITELY the guy's loss not meeting you...and it sounds like be has a real chip on his shoulder with an attitude like that. You're better off NOT having met him I reckon.

The important thing is that your Dad is ok, and you showed your true colours by putting family first...as every right-thinking person would do.

I decide who I meet and when and if something comes up then it's tough sorry as long as you let the person know in plenty of time that is

Just not turning up without a text is not acceptable at all ) thanks guys and yes my family move important that someone getting their leg over plenty of that on offer don't worry xx

When I initially read this, I thought theres two sides to this and its probably another disgruntled fab woman missing out on the bearded Viking extra

Now with the last reply I have zero sympathy, not with the alleged family crisis, but with the "princess" attitude.

As others have highlighted, should the smelly slipper be on the other foot the guy would have been told to shut up and deal with it and probably chastised for the "excuse".

I am seeing far to frequently the "princess" attitude lately (status updates, forum complaints)

Good for him he had every right to tell the op to look else where, as no doubt you would have done the same and expected him to respect the decision and quietly fade into the fab abyss.

Because you have enormous ratio's to men, doesn't entitle you to treat us with contempt or expect men to jump because you are giving them the chance to bask in your company

Maybe you should read the forums posts complaining about the lack of genuine reliable guys before venting.

Funny enough I'd thought like you that I'd got it wrong when I read the first post on here !!

I think that if the guy gets a last minute message that the meet is off then that's the end of it !!

He obviously doesn't feel aggrieved that you cancelled last minute

He's obviously just moved on and that's his decision which should be respected the same way as he has respected yours and not bothered you further

I have said for a long time that this site is a mutual site for like minded people not for elite women who have egos far too big for them

I personally find it a massive turn off when a message comes back from an egotistical woman and block them the same way they do to men
