Flat . Salt and vinegar crisps. Painkillers. Sleep.

80% of the time, it works all the time.

Or try and find someone with access to medical supplies and get on a saline drip.

take 1 litre of water ,a spoon of salt ,three pinches of cinnamon.one spoon of honey.heat in microwave for 3 mins.

add 1/2 pint of jack daniels. sorted !
