My hotlist has got to big as was wondering if there was a bulk delete to get rid of them or will it be easier to create a new profile.....? There's a few I want/need to keep but can't find the time to sort out one by one. Cheers

Why don't you just click on your hot list and remove them one by one

It lists people in order from their last login, scroll to the bottom and delete those who haven't logged on in months. Their ones least likely to come back.
