Weekend trip...

Evening, thinking of doing a last minute weekend break from Friday to Sunday but I've never been to Wales before. I'm coming from East Anglia and was considering Tenby or Cardigan... Looking for a town to explore and a beach to chill - even better if it's a nudist one. Any suggestions?x

You won't do better than the Gower peninsular. A fabulous destination, with some of the best beaches in the country, and only a couple of miles outside Swansea. Plenty to see and do, rain or shine.

Absolutely agree. Check out Caswell bay, Rhossili, and Three Cliffs for amazing beaches, there's a free lido if you have kids on the main road to Mumbles and there the LC which is a waterpark and the Waterfront museum if that's your thing.

A great place to eat is the Uplands Diner, if you go you need to try the Megabeast, it's awesome! And no trip to Swansea would be complete without a Joes ice cream. It's divine, kinda like having sex in your mouth, just less salty.

Tenby is great.. a few naturist beaches around nearby. Good restaurants.. Pubs music..

Swanlake Bay near Manorbier, Talpyn beach or Marros beach near Amroth. Very secluded

Or go all out naked to Tything Barn naturist site.

Try the tything barn.. its a nudist campsite that's near Pembroke and Tenby
