CARMARTHEN

Yet again I am organising a daytime social in a Carmarthen town centre location(most probably a pub/eatery) on Thursday the 22nd of SEPTEMBER to make this function operate smoothly I have chosen to set out ground rules to simplify and obviously not result in any misunderstandings.

(a) Just register that you wish to attend (b)avoid ping pong entries so that everyone has a easy overview of this link (c)any questions that you have please send them directly to my profile thus reducing ping pong.

(d)as this is a members social please feel free to mention it to your friends who are members

(e)the social will probably start at about 10.30am (depending on the venue)and will probably wind down at around 3.00pm or later if it is suitable to yourselves.

AND AS A FOOTNOTE I MUST STRESS THAT THIS IS A SOCIAL MEET AND MUST BE TREATED AS SUCH AS ANY MISBEHAVIOUR WILL BE DETRIMENTAL TO FUTURE SOCIALS.

sorry to appear a little harsh but I think that this approach is important to make the event successful and comfortable to all that attend.

Spent several hours in Carmarthen town today viewing the pub scene and at the moment it is a choice of four locations and needless to say that everyone attending and registered will be advised of the actual venue in good time.
