I normally just use my own bath or shower. Was Gorge Walking a few weeks ago and the flesh water is still flipping freezing

I'm sure I read that certain leisure centres do nude swimming sessions one evening a month. Sorry can't remember which it was, not in Cardiff itself mind.

If you get a friend who likes beans to sit at the tap end, you can get a decent current to swim against.
