People who beg for money

I'm not naming, but I constantly see one person asking people to lend them money or to buy them new things. Is that even allowed?

I love a chocolate roll......

I had a similar episode with the money thing but the person just sent a message requesting fair play none of that small talk first straight in there no buttering me up (forgive the baking pun)

So they are either very desperate or scammers
