DoTB is right to mention those - they're the main hotspots.

If you want something a little less bonkers for some of all of the night, there's some nice pubs/bars on Womanby St/Westgate St now.

Cardiff Bay might be worth a look on a nice evening too.

New pub open called the dock down the bay is nice and some nice eateries ...then get a taxi into town some good music in cafe jazz and a lot of women in there too .
