One of my colleagues in work has 4 (yes 4) sugars in his coffee

So was just wondering how you take yours

2 in coffee 1 in tea but it all depends on the size of the mug, if it's smaller I put less in

Has very weak coffee too more like milk water and sugar

None in tea, usually one in coffee but my son nevers suffers it so after a weekend there I'm almost cured

Which I used to think was quite a lot but since having that sugar app that was advertised on TV I've realised 2 sugars in a brew is nothing compared to some of the other stuff I was eating / drinking that I thought was healthy

I have a mug that holds over a pint, I have 2 in that... So in a normal cup its probably half a sugar.

Clearly not sweet at all
