Any tips to rid a cold quickly had it since Monday getting there but want it gone ASAP.

Actually no cure for common cold.. its a virus and rubs its course. All you can do is wait it out.

Put Vicks on the bottom of your feet at night, then wear socks to bed.

Vick I'm covered in it lol.. A ex of mine said put Vick on feet with socks..really does it work.

Not sure.. I usually just put it on my chest and neck.. Think there is a tip out there too that involves vick and a bowl of hot water.. Supposed to hang your head over it with a towel over your head, too.. Haven't tried that one tbh..

Oh yeah

I remember from school days my mum holding my head over a bowl of Vick with my eyes & nose streaming... Going to try that as I never missed school then.

I'm desperate as I've a meet tomorrow day & I can't go unless I'm better & not blowing my nose every ten mins.

You can get Sudofed tablets that "dry"'up your cold. They do stop you having to blow your nose and sniff all the time. I have used them and they do seem to alleviate the symptoms for occasions such as meetings.

And Vicks on the feet with socks does seem to help.

This is gross but is completely natural use organic if poss... pineapple juice fresh ginger, fresh turmeric,pepper honey ground cinnamon, fresh raw garlic at least 4 cloves organic cider vinegar dash of olive oil or coconut oil mix in a nutribullet drink at least 4 times a day you stink but will get better lol

plus the vicks on feet is great but add raw organic onions inside your socks draws the toxins out over night probably best only use my remedies if your a sad single like me tho lol
