Does anyone know any good places and could recommend one please??

I want my hood done..

I've just rang somewhere in newport and there saying 65.00

But I've just been told to avoid them

I got pierced today in treorchy at a place called prestons inc had my nipples done and they were only £40 for both

And pa done at living colour in cwmbran
