If the plastering and screeding are from removing fireplace,about 50 quid should cover it.

If somebody quoted me £50 for a job I'd be very cautious of the quality of their work.

Don't forget that you need to plug the hole once you've drilled it...

I've got a nice big red one..hilti drill that is....and being retired am free to assist
