Port Talbot

Tough call..

Wales: strong, hard to beat. Need to win their own set pieces regularly.

Scotland: on a high after the WC, improving..

Ireland: point to prove after WC - need to be tough and at full strength to challenge.. (Paul O'Connell huge loss!)

England: out to impress new coach, new captain, new regime, will challenge.

France: sublime or shit - which team will turn up? Again, will want to impress new coach.

Italy: will struggle for victories, no walkovers, but will weaken as matches progress.

Prediction? Hmmm.. Wales (if they can beat Ireland first game)/England..

"Who's England "

The first host nation to ever fail to qualify from their group in a World Cup

As much as it pains me, Wales are going to struggle in the next few years. The rugby at grassroots level is appauling, and we aren't replacing our world class stars near the end of their careers (such as Alun Wyn Jones) with other brilliant players.

English teams on the other hand are producing really good young English talent (just see Exeter destroy the Ospreys the other day). England have such a large pool of players to choose from, and their grassroots level is improving year on year!

Personally think Wales should have used this and next six nations to blood youngsters- yes fans wanna see there country do well but its also about bringing youngsters into the international arena gently not thrust into with daunting summer tour down under

"Who's England

An often quoted myth.

Remind me where Wales played all their pool games before failing to qualify in 1991

That was the year Wales were lucky they weren't playing the whole of Samoa

I believe that 1991 was joint hospted between the northern hemisphere teams and there wasn't an actual named host nation

Hence why it isn't included in the stats and England 2015 is still classed as the first time for it happen
