Socials are a brilliant way to start

If you don't have a veri then there is only a couple that you can attend

Get to know people have a laugh on the forums talk to people in chat

Just relax and enjoy and the fun will follow

One of the things you'll often hear is that this is a swinging site, not instashag

There is a certain social side to "swinging" which is not associated with NSA

However each to their own, but it is about respect

First, you need to make sure the neck is straight. Sight down it or use a straight edge. Be careful adjusting the truss rod though - give it small turns and let it settle.

Once your neck is straight, adjust the action by slackening off your strings, and either using the thumbwheels (tune-o-matic) or by raising or lowering each individual bridge saddle (Fender style bridges), using an allen key. For acoustics you'll probably want to take it to a qualified luthier.

Note, you'll need to then check your intonation as it will likely be out, but that's another topic.

Enjoy the social side of this site, lower expectations of meeting anyone at any time, now or the future and one day it will happen. With low expectations, it provides for a better experience, I have found. Not to be negative, just chill and let things happen at their own pace.

The social side of this site is something I like, not sending messages in the hope of meeting for sex, just hopefully coming across as a regular guy with a normal life but an open mind for anything goes.
