Cardiff

Just relax, you need to confident, positive & friendly, make sure you speak clear.

Very good place to work, very relaxed atmosphere.

We just completed a weeks work there on the gents & ladies toilets

Have a copy of your cv infringbof yiu as they will be asking questions based on that. Make sure you don't contradict yourself.

Make sure you read the job specifications also and have that in front of you so you can base answers to the questions on your skills and what they are looking for.

I do these all the time and the candidates trip themselves up by not thinking about the job they applied for and embellishing their CV

Good advice, along with the above:

Phone interview basics, make sure you're siting somewhere comfortable without background sounds, like a TV or people talking. Landline is best, if using a mobile make sure you have good reception and plenty of battery.

Do a bit of research on the company and usual interview questions. Normal questions are, why do you want this job (don't say for the money ), what are your strong and weak points etc.

A bit of a head start, that company is known for it's good work culture and comes out well in employee satisfaction surveys.

Also try to remember to smile, it will brighten your voice and the person on the other end of the call will notice it.

Good luck
