20k was done in 1hr40, so not too bad. Want to be a sub 1.30 half marathon finisher!

I love running when its crisp and fresh, and even moreso in the rain!

Just started running again for the half Marathon in march. I'd be happy if I get close to 2hrs. 1hr 40 is impressive

Cardiff/London

Maybe if you'd tell us where you run I'd be motivated :p

Need to start again after new year ….. a few km's hill sprint practise this evening then.

Bet quite a few on here will be doing Half Marathon in March?

Yup, in training and loving it! Used to do it a lot in school so it's nice to get back into it after all these years.

Try running on grass less impact than tarmac

Probably too much too soon

Also check out your shoes .. a lot of injuries/ complaints stem from the wrong shoes.

Pop into a good running shop that does gait analysis on a treadmill and try out a variety of shoes, makes etc.

First muster in the morning for the Chester half marathon

Usually attracts upwards of 200 people. Get a social circle going, running with crowds and at a pace suitable, with advice and training tips thrown in

You look amazing and running obviously suits you but do you find a link between exercise and sexual appetite?

Why thank you

I do presume you're talking to me ?

Actually I do think there's a link between testosterone levels
