Our choice, based on 2 bad prior experiences of meeting in houses converted to shared flats. Your preferences are your preference, everyone else's are theirs ?

Just thought I'd point that out to save any genuine bi men who happen to live in a flat from wasting their time by contacting you. Good luck with your search

I'm not a fan of flats either, they do nothing for the shape of my legs

Thank you, and whilst you do try to say what your wishes are on a profile, to save everyone wasted time, so many still don't seem to read

I think guys do read but they choose to ignore & approach on the basis that you'll find then so irresistible you'll throw all the rules out the window x

I'm not gonna stick the boot in here, but I think it's fair to say that maybe it could be worded better. "Flats" covers everything from 70's blocks and the sort of shit you expect to see on Luther, right through to some rather posh joints down the bay.

Unfortunately, the housing market is a bit bollocks at the moment, so even successful young professionals can't do better than a "flat", especially in Cardiff. Some of them are quite nice, though. I saw one with running hot water, once.

;-)

I have visited some lush "flats". Far nicer than my house. Think maybe the o.ps choice of words was a bit off

Come on, each to their own, I can relate to the multiple flats, and flea pits. If that's not you, then that's not you.

People commenting negatively, maybe yiu can put in your profile, flea pis ad HMO welcome. ...

End discrimination now! Equal rights for all!

What next ? Another bedroom tax?

I agree, nothing more off putting than going back to someone's place and walking past piles of mail in the hallway, on to the sticky stair carpet past nosey neighbors in other flats opening the doors as you walk past.

If that's not what the OP couple want, that's their choice and clearly their prior experience
