"How immense was Matt Morgan !!!!" Not very. Good in a loose, attacking game, though he runs away from support too often. Everyone gets excited by people making line breaks and running, but that's rugby from the 70/80s. I'm afraid it's all about maintaining possession, not getting isolated and building pressure. He's not the player for that. His defence is very poor. Look carefully at yesterday's game. His positional sense at full back is a fraction as good as Halfpenny's (partly because he's a bit-part full back). His passing is poor too

I've known him for 10 years and watched him develop into an exciting runner but his defence is suspect to put it mildly. He is a No 10 but with have an on fire Dan Biggar so it's the bench at best for Matthew and now that Gatland has finally remembered who James Hook is I doubt Matthew will even make the bench......who said this was a sex site

Never rated him I am entitled to an opinion, I don't have to be a sheep " Agree with you on Hook. I'm a fan in the sense that I really like both him and Morgan as exciting players who can do something different. Sadly, that's not that important in today's game - certainly not for implementing Gatlandball to its fullest. Even with Gareth Davies, you can guarantee that while most of the stadium is going into raptures as he makes a break, Gatland is sat there wondering if he's running away from support. Retaining possession is almost everything these days. I thought Hook was going to be amazing when he first emerged. Then a professional coach explained why he wasn't a No10. It was very interesting to see the analysis. His failure to cement a place at most places he's played explains it.
