Need to get on it though, my mate went from a size 18 to a 6. Amazing inspiration | |||

Download MFP to track food and exercise and set realistic goals. I've lost around 11% body fat this year. Gone from an 18 to a 14 so far. Love the thrill of getting stronger. | |||

The only reason I am not ripped is I love food too much. | |||

" Also find a decent BMR/TDEE calculator to work out what you need to eat to have enough energy to do the exercise and still lose weight. I think a lot of people give up because they cut calories too hard... plus you can put your body into starvation mode if you go toofar below your base metabolic rate for too long a period; it'll prioritise fat storage over muscle building because it doesnt know when the next energy is incoming | |||
