Oh yes, although a pre-workout will do that X100 plus has a caffeine kick. My mate knows when his lady wants some, she has a bottle ready mixed for him haha

Be careful with doses and mixing to much, I once increased my test levels to 250% above normal and had phantom orgasms at inappropriate times... Even got stuck in the bath because it was so intense I could not stand up due to shaky legs.

True story, so if you're not looking to build muscle a 50% increase is more than enough
