Hello just a little query.

I know cardiff has a varied nightlife when it comes to vanilla nights out but is there this lifestyle nights out in cardiff or are they down the round in other towns like Newport etc?

Im heading cardiff for the weekend with a mixed group for a birthday and we wanted to find a club that we could all go, even a spa.

Ive been looking a bout. Im probably man looking but i cant really find anything for cardiff.

any one know of any places and dont mind sharing?
