Been many places on walks with dog but on clear night cant beat local mountain can see for miles and enjoy peace.

Wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere different?

I was going to come in and post how I love to take my dog out to top of the mountain and though her ball around while I look down the valley and just take it in and chill.

But you seem to have found a nice place in the corner so I will leave you

i used to drive around with my dog and find a lovely river and wander along the banks of the river with her she had a brill time jumping in and out of the water. mind you my car was a mess

Quite nice up the Bwlch mountain.

Take the footpaths - open spaces galore.

Plenty of parking near footpath entrances too.
