Maybe you could arrange a social meet with either a couple or a fem

Have a few drinks see how it goes

No pressure to do anything

Or go to chams then you can talk to other couples if anyone takes your fancy you can either ask them if they fancy going to a room with you or just go and have a play alone

Doing it at your pace is most important thing

Enjoy and happy swinging x

Thanks for the reply we are very interested in meeting a couple socially first under no pressure but are not 100% about clubs and are not sure what to expect at a social club which is why we have decided to post up asking about peoples experiences

Just put up a meet for a social with a couple

Just put meet for a few drinks then see how the night goes

No pressure if you all click and want to move on somewhere more private then brill

If not then it doesn't matter you will have had a nice evening and im sure they will probably even give you a few tips or hints x

Hi we 19 90, the best bit of advise we can give is after you have found the right couple to meet with actually expect nothing and just go with the flow, every scenario you have talked about pretty much goes out the window,as said before just go with what your comfortable with and enjoy..Once the fun begins the nerves will die down..But always have fun otherwise it's not worth doing.x

Lots of good advice on here so far.

Organised socials (advertised in the forums) cover a lot of the bases, its a good way to put faces to names, have a bit of a giggle and settle the nerves, and all without the pressure of "possibly maybe" playing. I think that going to a social is probably a little less scary for newbies than a "one on one" social, as there's less pressure, you aren't meeting one individual or couple, you are going for a night out, and if you don't "click" with the first person/people you chat to, there are 100 more to chose from lol!

Nerves are very normal, we still get a bit nervous, in fact that's part of the buzz for us. As others have said, take it at your own pace, discuss with each other your own set of "rules" and never be afraid to call a halt to whatever is going on if either of you feels uncomfortable, swinging is fun, but its not worth falling out with a partner for.

Definitely, positively find people you KNOW you get along with, and are not just attracted to there's nothing worse than mid play meet finding out you think their personality is repulsive. That makes for a VERY awkward exit!
