you dont have to be of a certain matching age to appreciate something, but it would have been nice to have been there at the time to fully appreciate it. I'd like to have been a teenager in the late 50s early 60s for all the rockabilly stuff, I love that whole culture.

love all genres of music. spent so many years in a tent in glastonbury saw all kinds love all kinds of music. Rock is in my soul but all other music is absolutely brilliant as well.

You should listen to Johnny Walkers sound of the 70's on radio 2 on a sunday afternoon...that'll hone your appreciation
