Mid Wales

I am in Amsterdam working and they seem to like to smoke every meat, i cant wait to get back and have a bacon and sausage sandwich.

So i ask when you go away what food do you miss also every day items you take for granted

We lived in Greece for 9 years and really missed oxo's, dumplings and galaxy chocolate, most of those things you can now buy over there..coming the other way we really miss greek bacon.

I lived in Saudi as a child and Mexico in my 20's, both countries the only thing I really missed was British cheese and onion or just cheese crisps!

Couldn't get them anywhere. Randomly, I never ate them in the UK. But craved them there! Didn't really care about anything else. I really miss their food now though
