Bad backs.......

Eliza has now had a bad back for 5 days and still has difficulty moving --- caused by standing up from chair at work and is definitely muscular problem -- any quick cures suggested as she now getting very frustrated and bossy!

And what suggestions for the frustrated and deprived Rex?

Aww poor thing.....I had bad back myself few weeks ago so can sympathise xx

Doctor told me to take antiinflamatories 3 times a day and co-codamol as needed. Add to this got water bottle, try and keep moving.....and young fit hunk to be personal slave will def help!!!

Hunk is such a good idea--but she has only got Rex -- he a bloody good cook, ironer, cleaner etc though!
