Travelling up on Friday with my football team. Just trying to gauge the best places to go out. I have googled a bit but no clearer to me. Some say the Bay. Mill Lane. St Mary Street and Greyfriars Road.

Any suggestions for a large party of lads.

All of those places really, start at the Bay and make your way up into town as the night/s go on.

Some of the bars on Mill Lane don't allow large groups of 'lads' in, well the nicer bars anyway. St Mary's street you shouldn't have any trouble

I am pretty sure we are not too bothered about the nicer bars. As long as the beer is cold and the music loud, we will fine. Cheers

There's also the 'drag'queen bars/clubs in churchill way that are open until 5am ish

St Mary Street & Greyfriars you won't go far wrong.. They are in the centre of town... The Bay is great but it's a bit far out if your on foot I think xx going to the Bay for a social tonight lol xx

Thank you. I think we are going to do that. We are staying in The Mariott so it is quite central.
