P.M.T....any advice ladies??

The past year or so I suffer from really bad p.m.t for about a week before I come on. I am a right cunt to everyone or I just cry for nothing. And I am constantly shattered no matter how much I sleep. It's starting to piss me off. Any tips on how to deal with it??

How are your iron levels? That could explain the tiredness

And yes any exercise can help. Zumba is great, it's a laugh without feeling like exercise x

I have been anaemic off and on for years but haven't had my levels checked for ages purely because I cba with going to the docs. Shall make an effort to go once the kids are back in school

Lol it's insane isn't it, I fly off the handle at the tiniest thing...and I know what I'm doing but I can't stop it. The amount of mirrors or new sets of dishes I've bought over the years is unreal! A few days later I'm nice as pie again and wondering what all the fuss was about!

Diet can help too. I know it's usually a time when we crave crap food and chocolate but healthy eating used to work for me. I had no bloating then either.

Now I have the dreaded MENTAL PAUSE to contend with now lol

Had the 10 year coil fitted but made my periods worse.

Funny I've just been to the doctors today regarding these women problems and im having blood tests next week

I was worse with the coil then I was normally. I had PMT and pain for the whole 6 months that it was in. NEVER again. I thought I was going to pass out when it was inserted, even the consultant who inserted it was worried about me.

Just have fun thinking up ways to kill them instead! lol

I have had the mirena coil since i was 16 which is unusual so am now on my 2nd.

I love it, i do get emotional/bitchy but my periods are non existent pretty much, cant complain about an hour a month.

Vwe guys are a no go though as yes it bloody hurts x
