Hi

I am a photographer, i run my own business and although this is for commercial work I think it would be good to offer my services free of charge to fabbers here.

I am not looking in return for anything sexual, i take enjoyment from what i do.

The offer is open to singles, couples, get together s etc.

The pics will be given to the party who contacts me for my time.

Please feel free to drop me a PM to discuss and i am happy to meet up for a coffee.

I'm a stickler for the finer details.

"The pics will be given to the party who contacts me for my time."

Will the SD card they have been taken on be given to the said person, with NO copies being made?

We wouldn't want you to get into trouble for using them without permission, oh lets say for example the Data protection act

Err you didn't say they were going to use them, you also didn't say that the SD card would be handed over you also didn't say you would make copies, I did say "I'm a stickler for the finer details" I was simply clarifying the offer and helping you avoid potential legal action.

Now everyone is aware you will make NO copies and GIVE them the SD card and you are not looking to get ANY sexual favours from it we all now know we can contact you for photos if any are required

i tell you what, why dont you keep out of it and let myself and the people who are asking me to take pics for them to discuss what, where, how and all the other things we would need to agree on to ensure we are both comfortable with the arrangements. They are of no concern to you unless you wish to use my services at any time.

Well thank you for the nice aggressive reply, you have still not confirmed whether or not the master copy held on the SD card will be given to the individual/s that may require your services. I say to you that if you are so reluctant to acknowledge a few simple questions and then reply in such an aggressive manner there may be a reluctance and scepticism to hand over ALL copies.

I would like to clarify that the correspondence between yourself and other parties is not my concern and I am simply highlighting a point many people may not have thought of.

Although your offer may be very well intended, I have come to realise that there is an abundance of photo collectors across the internet, maybe you should read this.

Have a good day Sir and good luck with you services

https://www.gov.uk/government/news/new-law-to-tackle-revenge-porn

“The change will cover the sharing of images both online and offline. It will mean that images posted to social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter will be caught by the offence, as well as those that are shared via text message. Images shared via email, on a website or the distribution of physical copies will also be caught. Those convicted will face a maximum sentence of 2 years in prison.

The offence will cover photographs or films which show people engaged in sexual activity or depicted in a sexual way or with their genitals exposed, where what is shown would not usually be seen in public. Victims and others will be able to report offences to the police to investigate. Officers will work with the Crown Prosecution Service to take forward cases for prosecution.

Those found to have committed a sexual offence can continue to be prosecuted under existing legislation, which can lead to sentences of up to 14 years in prison.”

Eg posting pics on line.

Have i stated that is my intention. No...

This is a service i am offering.

I am never suprised by the inability of some to not meddle in things they have no intention of ever accessing.

enough to accept COPIES from you.

Good day Sir

It's people like Prof who help to educate people, not everyone is up to speed on certain things.

Pointing out possible pitfalls will help people make an informed decision on certain things, not everyone out there is as innocent as they make out, and whilst the OP's offer may be genuine, there are others out there with ulterior motives.

Playing devils advocate and questioning people who make offers like this can only be a good thing, if it keeps everyone safe.

Prof raises a fair point, especially in light of recent sleb scandals, people nicking pics on this site, the fact that employers often look at Facebook accounts etc. The list goes on.

To be fair, we all play a game where we get intimate with strangers. It would be very easy for someone of nefarious intent to come onto a free site such as this and hoodwink some poor innocent perverts. But it could have a serious effect on their real lives.

That said, I don't think at any point he's actually accused anyone of anything?

Pointing something out that's relevant to the safety and security of both parties is fair enough in my opinion.

If not, what's the downside?

Thats the great thing with digital cameras you can take thousands and choose what you like."

I'm more worried about this comment. A pro wouldn't burn through memory cards to "get a good one". They'd achieve it by controlling the lighting and using knowledge of posing to get the shot.

Or does the OP use the "spray and pray" photography technique?

Lol it think asking a group of people whilst thwy are engaging in a good time to hold hold just let me get the lighting right for this shot would kind of ruin the moment somewhat...dont you think.

If the couple want posed shots that is a different manner but experience telss me that is not always that is wanted.

Funny how its the single guys who seem to be the ones making the biggest noises here.

Why would anybody post pics without consent..it is so stupid it is beyond reason.

If i wish to use someone for publicity purposes i would need to get them to sign media release forms, since i have no intention of doing such a thing then why would i do that.

Have to say this simple offer has become a bit of a drama...

Like i say if anyone is interested im happpy to meet up, then share my website details etc.

I agree it is always helpful to have someone to point out the obvious..

What ever happpened to trust, dignity and respect.

Three things that are important to me in my line of work but obviously a concept others struggle to believe in these days.

Trust dignity and respect for me is the top priority.

How ever I seem to find lately trust no one and as a single fem im always very cautious. It's the minority spoil it for the majority on here hence why I only do clubs and partys.

And i understand that to.

But look at it from my view..

You have been on site over a year and just one veri which is cam.

If you are who you say you are and want people to participate in a photo shoot get yourself out there and known. I know of a few gentleman who do photography on here and people always recommend them.

so some one stepping in like pof to help us all understand is a gem.

Please don't take it personal he is and like others here to protect many of us from the unknown

I wish you all the luck and happy swinging

Depends whether you are offering set up shots to look good for Fab profiles or actual play shots. You don't specify in your OP.

For shots during play, you can still control lighting, even if it's natural lighting - down to knowing where to shoot from, and you should know what would make a good shot and anticipate shots, if you had any experience of photographing people at all that is.

I don't mind people offering photography for free. But it does annoy me when people claim to offer free pro photography when they don't know what they are talking about.

It gives real pro photographers a very bad name.

i did not realise i had to post the technical specifics of the equipment i would use and the lighting arrangements i would require to do this. Silly me!!

i run my own photographic business, commercial and have been doing it for over 20 years..

I thought that the bit about sending me a pm to discuss things further would allow such discussions to take place in private. But then i guess some have to do everything in public!!

those who have contacted me via pm, are in my distance that i am willing to travel have done so.

i shall leave it at that.

"Trust dignity and respect for me is the top priority"

Glad to hear it.

But if you have no hidden agenda, why attack those that are raising perfectly valid questions?

The Fab community is just that, a group of people who look out for each other (mostly).

When one member sees something that needs to be questioned, they do it in the public forums, thus enabling others to either see what is going on, further question it, or raise other issues connected to it.

Scrutiny should be welcomed, not vilified.

Atracked. Bit dramatic dont yu think.. All I di was mke an offer to other people and all I have had is a keyboard lawyer question my integrity.

Seems to ke people are not reading what my original post said and starting a few post down. I dont need ti repeat what I had said aboit the offer. It is quite clear..

I never knew people here could be so narrow minded and cynical. Maybe you have had some bad experiences but please dont treat everypne like they have a hidden agenda. Some of us are actually just out to help others.
