Cardiff non swing advice

I will be driving down to Cardiff for the rugby on April 25th. Think step daughter coming along so swing meets looking unlikely.

Can anyone give advice of where to park car for few hours (11am-7pm)

There is the ncp on wood street, there is also one on westgate street. There is also parking fitzhammond embankment which it's either 3 or 5 quid for 10 hours x

They have a park and ride by the Cardiff City football stadium. Might be best as loads of roads closed when the rugby is on.The bus will take 5 mins to get you to Cardiff center.

I probably be coming in from Newport direction, never driven into Cardiff before, so would want somewhere easy access to and from the motorway.

Cardiff City stadium is just off the motorway at junction 33. Take the A4232 towards Cardiff and Barry and leave the dual carriageway at the B4267 exit.

Park in cathays any side street but not in the residents areas .then walk in.to.town.five minutes brisk walk

Was hoping to have come down on own, then could have made an evening of it. but looking like that's not an option at moment.
