Well got to say I bloody needs craped myself ha ha

Driving down a STEEP hill

For first time on my driving lesson I felt like i was on a Rollercoaster and was gonna fall through the windscreen ha ha

Days been great. Been in a meeting all morning and the buffet provided after was stunning. Thick cut sandwiches, lamb Kebabs, chicken curry and rice & pasties. Hard to keep my eyes open now though xx

Today I discovered protein shake pre training makes me nauseous and feeling faint. I rectified this with a cone of gravy and chips. Oops.
