mate trust me there are a lot of them in there.i no 7 of them 3 ladies and 4 guys.i did meet two of the ladies as one of them is my friend so she asked her friend for a 3some with me and she said yes i cant wait.yes kgirl86 i seen you in there to.yes _heep2405 iam in there 5 days a week i train day and night with my mate.my mate is a swinger two.its a nice clean gym .we are x bodybuilders we are still big but we are looking for fitness now and a good shape.summers coming.lol keep pumping guys.

i just found out there is more swingers in there.looks like it will be a good place to meet at the swingers gym.yes they want to call it the swingers gym.the pure swingers gym its a good place if you want to get pumped up.and i dont mean sex.lol

iam sure a girl in my gym is eyeing me up. i hope she dont no iam on fab.i would love to pump her up.my friend was saying she is on fab .but i dont want no one to no who iam in the gym.i will not meet anyone from my gym and thats that.but she is nice.i dont no what to do.i no who is on fab in my gym and i will just keep it like that.but i would still love to pump her.lol

have you read your own previous posts? You're a massive contradiction. Always regardless of whether this 'girl' has been looking at you maybe she's noticed you staring at her?

Also the forums are public ie anybody can read them not just fab members.

I drink loads of coffee and clean all day....

And have now just started using a steam cleaner lol

I run round after a 4 year old all day and im a cleaning addict....

I also run and not walk up the stairs all say 2...In between shopping and walking here and there.....

So I'd love 2 sit on my fat arse all day but haven't a chance...

I also try when possible 2 part take in a good sex session but trying 2 find a guy who can go the full time is very few and far between these days.....

So thanks for your advice but to be far I think ur talking gobble De gok

Stupidest thing I've heard. drink diuretics before cardiovascular activity?! No mention of the fact people could pass out from dehydration? Or that it could potentially make you nauseous? Or vomit?

Wondering if you're actually for real or saying stupid things for attention?

Without cardio or high intensity exercise you will not lose any weight at all! And you need to have your carbs under control unless you are genuinely bulking for mass! This is coming from a energy drink addict with a bit of a belly lol

Yes. I take Semtex and have taken Grenade. They make you feel sick if you don't drink plenty of water. But you'd be aware of that from reading their information.

He was telling people to drink lots of coffee without half the advice.

That's not true either really. I've not done any real high intensity cardio bar 20 mins this week and you know how much weight I've lost but that's from seriously pushing myself weight lifting.
