i gave up 4 9 months b4 but was hypnotised.

and after being so poorly to b fair it frightened the shit out of me

Nothing

When you give up you need will power when you don t smoke no will power is required with no withdrawal eat all it s a bit of mind over matter

Why do we do things that do nothing for us

There is no good points about smoking

It s bad for one s health

It s costly

It bad for others

You can say it s habit

You can say your addicted to it

But the reality is this is untrue habits can be broken very easily and nicotine is in your system for a very short period of time I was smoking 40 a day and I have nt smoked for 3 months now I went on the alan Carr seminar and it s helped and I would sudjest people try if their serious

So good luck and I hope you all have the happiness of being a non smoker one day

try using a flavor vape juice I like the cola and redbull flavors. Been going since boxing day and havnt found it hard atall..... Yet lol

I use mech mods and kayfun lite with the occasional dripper.

I mix my own juice so works out as a brill alternative to stinkies.

Honestly one of the best things I've done was quit smoking. Nearly 7 months now (may have had the occasional cig while drinking, but by god they tasted awful!)

The best vape device is the one that keeps you off the real thing imo!

I have considered giving up and I'm sure I will when I feel the time is right

we are opening a shop here hopefully next weekend so I should have given up by now I don't even have to go to a shop to get anything beacause I have all our stock in my dinning room. but with all the stress of starting a new business and opening the shop has stopped me I try to stop then something goes wrong I get stressed and finds myself buying more fags. I thing as soon as the shop opens and all my hard work paying off I will relax and finally quit xxx
