Ok....so it's the new year and time to move the build status from 'average' to 'fit as a whippet'. Anyone up for a trot around the Bay to move some turkey?

Could I extend this to Swansea as well. I live right on the beach, we can change at my place and go for a run along the fantastic beach.

Hey just think of the benefits, if getting fit!!

Hi also trying to get some runners out this way in Pembs. I prefer trail running to road running mainly because flat doesn't seem to exist here haha.

Parkrun is great fun I have done a few in a few places around the country.

Fully agree. Park run is a great friendly event. Beats running over the barrage on a windy winter's night
