A little. It's a good time to think about making changes in your life for the better but everybody know 99% of resolutions are forgotten after a few days.

A load of bollox, it's just guilt for not being at the top of your game the year gone by.

January, the month everybody is joining the gym, on a diet, being a better person, finding a new partner, finding a better job and all that.

February, back to how they were in December.
