Looking to host a party in a Warehouse

I have got a very large wheelhouse in the Bridgend area and was looking at putting on a party what's everybody's thoughts on this

It's got a couple of large rooms so could make it a very big party with approximately 100 people or could just use one of the rooms and and have about 30 people x

Be aware of the ratio males females couples etc, keep the location quiet. Lat thing you want is bloody press getting a hold

Sounds good - if you can furnish adequately - can't imagine everyone getting it on on a concrete floor .... or is it just me who likes a bit of comfort lol?!

It is furnished to an extent all the flooring is carpeted and clean and there are plenty of seats and tables and of course it has got heated x

Although this sounds like a great idea. It does sound like it's getting expensive to set up and host. There could be a gap in the market but could it really be profitable for the host to run. Seems like a lot of interest but not sure it would make enough money to stay open ?
