Rehydrate, water, isotonic and or soup.

Top tip: Don't give the special play friend any drink he cant handle it and will most likely be sparked out on the floor

Cant help with the hangover... but there is some good news.

I don't get hangovers... ever!

No pounding head for me lol!

If I really kick the arse out of it I can get the visits to the big white phone, and the churning stomach, but on a sensible night I can drink lots and survive lol!
