Hi guys and girls...I plan to stay in the Newport/Cardiff area on Monday and Tuesday night coming. Any suggestions for a decent hotel..no budget....and more importantly any swingers events or socials to attend. Invitations welcomed. Xxxx

Your waiting your time early in the week...fun to be had at weekends only down there.

Forgetting fun for a minute ....

The Mercure Holland House and Radisson Blu are great hotels in a central location - I've stayed at both.

I cane personally speak for the Hilton, but you probably wouldn't go far wrong.

Others I would recommend are the Novotel; Angel and the Royal. You'll find them all on any comparison site

Thanks for the recommendations. I will probably go with the Radisson. That's the first bit sorted...now need help with the fun.

I much prefer boutique hotels to big chain ones.. However I follow the same for restaurants/hotels etc.

Joylons, either in the bay, or cathedral road, are beautiful, impeccable service & just have that certain something.

Jolyons, Cathedral Road ... Only if you're in the main building ... Most of the rooms are in a 70's concrete addition to the rear
