Starters/mains/pudding or sides...?

Just been out for dinner, and it was noted I ate all of my starter, my side orders, but hardly any of my main...

This seems to be quite common for me. Not sure why, but generally would prefer to order two starters and a side as opposed to a main.

Anyone else have weird eating habits?

I always want to see the dessert menu before I decide what to have.

I'm usually just in shock that I'm actually in a restaurant and not cooking and washing up myself.

Dessert over a starter every time!

I'd even leave half a main to fit one in if needed #Pig

Yes it does change my mind as I'd rather eat 2 desserts than have a maim course. No wonder my ass is the size it is lol

Went to the Red Hot Buffet in Cardiff. Wouldn't recommend it, just like someone bought everything in Iceland and cooked it Rather have a kebab from chippy lane

Red Hot was dreadful when I went there. The food that was meant to be hot (temperature wise) was just lukewarm. I complained about it and vowed never to go there again

A Greek meze does it for us, It's basically just a load of starters with bread and a plate of chips..then everyone has a bit of everything, Bloody yummy, We are moving your way in the near future and believe there is a good Greek restaurant in Chepstow which we will be checking out.

Tapas and mezze are right up my street. Perfect date food! In fact, just had a very nice date involving some tasty tapas

If you love desserts (like me....) then I strongly recommend Googling 'The Pudding Club' in the Cotswolds.....
